How do I log in to my account?

  • You can log in using the link below. When the popup appears, click “log in” in the upper right corner.

How do I change or update my payment method?

  • Log in to your Tithely account following the instructions above.

  • Click the three lines in the upper left corner.

  • Select Payment Methods.

  • Delete your old payment method by clicking the red trash can icon on the right.

  • Add your new payment method by clicking the green plus icon on the right.

  • After adding your new payment method information, click Add Card.

  • If you would like to add your bank account information instead of a credit/debit card, select the Bank Account tab at the bottom of the screen.

  • That’s it! Your updated payment method has been added.

How do I update my gift amount?

  • After logging into your Tithely account, click the three lines in the upper left corner.

  • Select Recurring Gifts.

  • Delete your current recurring gift by clicking the red trash can icon on the right.

  • Once again, click the three lines in the upper left corner.

  • Select Home.

  • Ensure Harvest Hands CDC is your selected church.

  • Click Give Now.

  • Fill out the form with your updated gift amount and giving information.

  • You’re all set! Thank you for giving to Harvest Hands!

How do I update my email, password, or PIN?

  • Log in to your Tithely account, then click the three lines in the upper left corner.

  • Select My Account.

  • Toggle the account information you would like to update, then enter your new information.

  • Enter your current password to confirm any changes.

  • Click Submit.

  • All done! Your account information has been updated.
